AIM: AutoImmune Method Pot Roast

This pot roast is easy and delicious!

Ingredients:

 

2 lb. Grass-Fed Chuck Roast (I order mine from grasslandbeef.com)

2 Organic Zucchini

2 Organic Squash

1 Organic Yellow Onion

2 Turnips

½ tbsp. ground ginger

½ tbsp. turmeric

½ tbsp. sea salt

½ tbsp. garlic powder

 

 

 

Directions:

1.     Add sliced zucchini, squash, onion to slow-cooker (I use a clay pot slow cooker)

2.     Then, add cubed turnips

3.     Add all spices/seasonings

4.     Add water to cover the vegetables

5.     Add chuck roast

6.     Cook on “stew” for a minimum of 4 hours to ensure that the meat falls apart
